Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Allergy Nurture Care Ltd, operating publicly as Allergy Nurture Nurses. By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Service Description
Allergy Nurture Care Ltd provides a nurse-led advisory service offering:

Assessment based on a detailed clinical history.

Evidence-based advice and education.
-
Support for managing Non-IgE allergy and related allergic conditions.

Guidance on dietary management and reintroduction where appropriate.

Follow-up consultations.
The service is delivered remotely by video or telephone consultation.
Scope of Service
The service supports patients and families alongside NHS, GP and other healthcare services. It provides advice, education and support only.
The service does not:

Provide medical diagnosis.

Offer allergy testing.
-
Prescribe, administer or supply medication.
-
Provide urgent or emergency medical care.
You remain responsible for seeking medical care from your GP, NHS services or emergency services where required.
Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
This service may be appropriate for patients, parents and carers seeking nurse-led advice, education and support relating to:

Non-IgE allergy and related allergic conditions.
-
Suspected or diagnosed mild to moderate allergy-related concerns where remote advisory support is appropriate.
-
Cow's Milk Protein Allergy (CMPA), feeding concerns, food introduction, dietary elimination and reintroduction education.
-
Eczema and possible allergy-related triggers.
-
Allergic rhinitis, hay fever and asthma awareness or support where symptoms are non-urgent and medically stable.
-
Family education, reassurance, symptom understanding, trigger awareness, self-management support and signposting.
Exclusion Criteria
This service is not appropriate for:
-
Urgent or emergency medical concerns, including anaphylaxis, difficulty breathing, collapse, severe illness, acute deterioration or suspected sepsis.

Acute allergic reactions requiring urgent clinical assessment or treatment.
-
Severe or uncontrolled asthma, significant respiratory compromise or symptoms requiring same-day medical review.
-
Medical diagnosis, allergy testing, patch testing, prescribing, medicine supply or emergency treatment.

Cases requiring immediate GP, NHS 111, 999, Emergency Department or specialist medical review.
Where a patient’s needs fall outside the scope of the service, Allergy Nurture Care Ltd will advise the patient, parent or carer to seek appropriate support from their GP, NHS 111, emergency services or another appropriate healthcare professional.
Appointments and Booking

Appointments must be booked in advance via the website which is linked to the secure booking system.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Appointment duration and fees will be confirmed before booking.

You are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information.
Fees and Payment

All fees will be clearly displayed before booking.

Standard Pricing Structure: Initial 1-hour consultations are charged at £195 and 30-minute follow-up consultations are charged at £90.

Payment must be made in full before the appointment unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are non-transferable unless agreed in advance.
-
Payment processing is managed through the agreed online booking or payment system.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Where at least 48 hours’ notice is given, a full refund or rescheduled appointment will be offered.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
-
Failure to attend an appointment will result in the full fee being charged.

In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Allergy Nurture Care Ltd.
Late Attendance

If you are late, the consultation may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

If you are significantly late, the appointment may be treated as non-attendance and charged in full.
Remote Consultation Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet or telephone connection and a private, appropriate environment for the consultation. If technical issues occur, reasonable efforts will be made to continue or rearrange the consultation.
Confidentiality and Recording
Consultations are confidential. You must not record consultations without prior written agreement. Advice is individualised and should not be shared as medical advice for another person.
Use of AI-Assisted Note Taking
Allergy Nurture Care Ltd may use approved AI-assisted note-taking or transcription technology during consultations to support accurate documentation and follow-up communication. This may be provided through Semble and/or an approved integrated clinical documentation provider.
Patients, parents or carers will be informed before AI-assisted note taking is used and may decline its use without this affecting access to the service.
AI-assisted note taking is used for administrative documentation support only. It does not make clinical decisions, provide diagnosis, prescribe treatment, offer emergency advice or replace clinical professional judgement.
Any AI-assisted draft notes, transcripts or summaries will be reviewed, checked and approved by an Allergy Nurture Care Ltd clinician before being added to the patient record or used to prepare follow-up information.
Personal and health information processed in connection with AI-assisted note taking, including through Semble and/or an approved integrated clinical documentation provider where used, will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Clinical Responsibility

Advice is provided based on the information you share during consultation. You are responsible for ensuring information is accurate and complete.

You remain under the care of your GP and/or NHS services for medical diagnosis, treatment and prescribing.

You may be advised to seek further medical review where appropriate.
Emergency Situations
This service is not suitable for urgent or emergency medical concerns. If you or your child experience difficulty breathing, signs of anaphylaxis, severe illness, collapse or deterioration, you must call 999 or attend the nearest Emergency Department immediately.
Information Sharing
With your consent, relevant information may be shared with your GP or other healthcare professionals to support safe and coordinated care. Information may also be shared where required by law, safeguarding duties or professional obligations.

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Allergy Nurture Care Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration reference ZC069013.

Accessibility, Reasonable Adjustments and Communication Needs
Allergy Nurture Care Ltd will follow its Accessible Information Standard statement (AIS) and make reasonable adjustments where possible. Allergy Nurture Care Ltd is committed to making the service accessible and inclusive.
Please tell us at the time of booking, or as soon as possible before your appointment, if you need information in an alternative format and if you or your child has any communication, accessibility, language, disability, sensory, learning or neurodiversity-related needs.
Where reasonable and practicable, we will make adjustments to support access to the service. This may include using clear and simple language, allowing additional time for consultations, offering alternative communication methods, providing written summaries, involving a parent, carer or advocate, or arranging interpreter or communication support where appropriate. Limitation of Liability
Allergy Nurture Care Ltd provides advisory services only. The service does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, allergy testing, GP care, NHS care or emergency care.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allergy Nurture Care Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on advice provided where information supplied was incomplete, inaccurate or not followed alongside appropriate medical advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence causing death or personal injury.

Changes to Terms
Allergy Nurture Care Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
