Allergy Nurture Care Ltd is a CQC-registered, nurse-led advisory service supporting Non-IgE allergy and related allergic conditions through remote consultations across the UK. The service also operates publicly as Allergy Nurture Nurses.

Use of AI-Assisted Note Taking
Allergy Nurture Care Ltd may use approved AI-assisted note-taking or ambient scribing technology during consultations to support accurate clinical documentation and follow-up communication. This may be provided through Semble and/or an approved integrated clinical documentation provider.

Patient Choice: Where this technology is used, patients, parents or carers will be informed before the consultation and may decline its use without this affecting access to the service.

Data Processing Scope: The tool may temporarily process consultation audio, transcription or draft summary information for the limited purpose of creating draft documentation. It is not used to make automated clinical decisions, provide diagnosis, prescribe treatment, determine eligibility for care or replace clinical professional judgement.

Clinical Oversight: Any AI-generated draft notes, transcripts or summaries will be reviewed, checked and approved by an Allergy Nurture Care Ltd clinician before being added to the patient record or used to prepare follow-up information.

Compliance Framework: Allergy Nurture Care Ltd will only use Semble and/or an approved integrated clinical documentation provider for AI-assisted note taking where appropriate data protection, confidentiality and security arrangements are in place, including a data processing agreement where required. Patient information will not be knowingly used to train public AI models.

Data Retention: Any temporary audio, transcript or draft output created by the AI-assisted note-taking system will be retained only for as long as necessary to create and check the clinical record, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, regulatory, safeguarding or patient-safety reasons.

Data Retention
Clinical and administrative records will be retained in line with legal, regulatory, professional and healthcare record-keeping requirements.

Children’s Records: Retained until age 25, or age 26 if the young person was 17 at the end of treatment.

Adult Records: Retained for 8 years after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required.
Records will be securely deleted or archived when no longer required.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you may have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure where applicable, restrict or object to processing, request data portability and complain about how your data is handled. Children and Young People
