"She broke down the milk ladder so that we had a really clear picture of what the future looked like."
“Catherine was the person who made me feel that I was finally listened to, that I wasn’t going crazy and that everything I was feeling was absolutely valid. Catherine took the time to listen to the struggles we were having, asking various questions about his routine and behaviour to gain a full insight into the difficulties we were facing. She then talked through the next steps in what we needed to do and broke down the milk ladder so that we had a really clear picture of what the future looked like. Following Catherine’s guidance, we started the steps to get him on a free from diet. The reassurance that Catherine gave helped more than she will ever know”
