Allergy Nurture Care Ltd provides a nurse-led advisory service offering assessment, education and support for individuals and families managing Non-IgE allergy and related allergic conditions. Scope of Service
This service provides:

Clinical assessment based on a detailed history.

Practical guidance on managing Non-IgE allergy and related allergic conditions.

Support with dietary changes and reintroduction where appropriate.

Follow-up support, reassurance and signposting.
This service is designed to support you alongside NHS, GP and other healthcare services. It does not replace medical care from your GP, NHS services or emergency services.
Limitations of the Service
Allergy Nurture Care Ltd:

Does not provide medical diagnosis.

Does not offer allergy testing.

Does not prescribe, administer or supply medication.

Does not provide emergency or urgent medical care.
Any advice provided is based on the information shared during consultation. Advice may be affected if information is incomplete, inaccurate or changes after the consultation.
Emergency Situations
This service is not suitable for urgent or emergency medical concerns. If you or your child experience difficulty breathing, signs of anaphylaxis, collapse, severe illness, rapid deterioration or any other medical emergency, you must seek immediate help by calling 999 or attending the nearest Emergency Department.
Clinical Responsibility
You remain under the care of your GP and/or NHS services for medical diagnosis, treatment and prescribing. Where necessary, you will be advised to seek further medical review or urgent care.
Information Sharing
With your consent, relevant information may be shared with your GP or other healthcare professionals involved in your care to support safe and coordinated care.
Accuracy of Information
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about symptoms, medical history, medicines, allergies, previous reactions and any other relevant health information.
Use of Advice
Guidance provided by the service should be followed alongside advice from your GP or other healthcare professionals. If you are unsure about any advice given, please seek clarification from Allergy Nurture Care Ltd or contact your GP.
Use of AI-Assisted Note Taking
Allergy Nurture Care Ltd may use approved AI-assisted note-taking or ambient scribing technology during consultations to support accurate clinical documentation and follow-up communication. This may be provided through Semble and/or an approved integrated clinical documentation provider.

Patient Rights: Patients, parents or carers will be informed before the consultation and may decline its use without this affecting access to the service.

Administrative Scope Only: The AI-assisted tool is used for administrative documentation support only. It does not make clinical decisions, provide diagnosis, prescribe treatment, recommend emergency care or replace clinical professional judgement.

Clinical Oversight: Any draft notes, transcripts or summaries produced using AI-assisted technology will be reviewed, checked and approved by an Allergy Nurture Care Ltd clinician before being added to the patient record or used to prepare follow-up information.

Data Protection: Personal and health information processed in connection with AI-assisted note taking will be handled in accordance with the Allergy Nurture Care Ltd Privacy Policy, UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Accessibility, Reasonable Adjustments and Communication Needs
Allergy Nurture Care Ltd will follow its Accessible Information Standard statement (AIS) and make reasonable adjustments where possible to ensure the service is accessible and inclusive.
Please tell us at the time of booking, or as soon as possible before your appointment, if you need information in an alternative format and if you or your child has any communication, accessibility, language, disability, sensory, learning or neurodiversity-related needs.
Where reasonable and practicable, we will make adjustments to support access to the service. This may include using clear and simple language, allowing additional time, providing written summaries, involving a parent, carer or advocate, or arranging interpreter or communication support where appropriate.
