Meet Catherine
Your paediatric allergy nurse
An experienced children's nurse providing the dedicated time, calm clinical clarity and compassionate care your family deserves.
Reassurance and clarity when you are at breaking point
I know what it is like when you are sleep-deprived, overwhelmed and feel like you are completely alone. Watching your child struggle with constant discomfort, skin flare-ups or unsettled feeding is entirely exhausting. Too often, parents tell me they feel pushed away by a busy healthcare system, left with vague labels like colic or reflux, and left to figure things out by themselves using conflicting advice online.
True clinical reassurance cannot happen in a rushed appointment. I founded this nurse-led advisory service to give parents a completely different experience. I am here to provide the unhurried time you need to listen to your worries, review your child's complete health history thoroughly, and give you a clear, practical, everyday way forward.

Over 25 years of professional paediatric experience
Throughout my career as a Registered Children's Nurse within the NHS, I have specialised in helping parents recognise symptom patterns and build absolute confidence looking after their children at home. My clinical focus includes the following areas:
-
Identifying delayed symptoms: Helping you track and understand delayed symptom patterns frequently associated with non-IgE food allergies, including Cow's Milk Protein Allergy (CMPA).
-
Optimising skincare routines: Providing practical education to help you understand childhood eczema triggers and build effective daily bathing and emollient routines.
-
Dietary avoidance and food introduction: Supporting parents with safe food elimination and step-by-step reintroduction milk ladders.
-
Jargon-free symptom education: Breaking down complex airway patterns to help you manage stable, allergy-triggered childhood asthma or hay fever routines calmly.
Safe, accountable and CQC-registered care
When choosing Allergy Nurture Nurses you are accessing a professional service that is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and is committed to the highest quality of care and clinical safety. Catherine Neale is an experienced Asthma and Allergy Nurse Specialist and has worked across both community and hospital settings.
-
Registered professional: I maintain full registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
-
Clinical networks: I am an active member of the British Society for Allergy and Clinical Immunology (BSACI), keeping my guidance aligned with up-to-date research.
-
Multidisciplinary communication: With your direct consent, I work collaboratively alongside your child's GP, health visitor, school nurse or dietitian to ensure safe, joined-up care.
