Hay Fever & Allergic Rhinitis Support
Compassionate guidance for seasonal and year-round symptoms
When your child struggles with itchy eyes, a runny or blocked nose, sneezing and broken sleep throughout the warmer months, it is completely natural to feel anxious. Trying to manage seasonal or year-round airway triggers while feeling unsure about how to reduce pollen exposure is overwhelming, but you do not have to manage their symptoms alone.

Helping you understand your childs airway triggers
Allergic rhinitis happens when your child's initial immune defenses react to particles in the air, causing the lining of the nose and eyes to become inflamed. We provide a calm space to review your child's complete history systematically so you can move forward with confidence.
-
Understanding seasonal triggers: We help you track specific pollen forecasts and environmental patterns to identify whether grass, trees or weeds are impacting your child's baseline comfort.
-
Year-round tracking: Learn how to spot hidden indoor triggers, such as house dust mites or animal dander, that disrupt sleep routines and daily concentration levels.
-
Practical home support: Gain a clear understanding of how these airway triggers impact conditions like eczema and asthma. To explore relief strategies, you can read our expert guide on Surviving hay fever season with an allergic child within our insights.
Practical guidance on tracking and daily routines
Reducing your child's exposure to airborne triggers requires a strategic approach, but implementing effective household habits should not feel overwhelming. Our remote nurse-led service focuses on delivering practical education to help your family maintain absolute confidence.
-
Environmental adjustments: Receive evidence-based guidance on practical barrier methods, laundering habits, and indoor routines that stop pollen from entering your living spaces.
-
Navigating treatments smoothly: Learn how to prepare for pharmacist or GP reviews so you can confidently discuss over-the-counter options for your child.
-
Co-ordinated care pathways: Master the clear parameters of when symptoms need medical review, how to support nursery or school routines, and how to safely navigate onward NHS care.

"The reassurance that Catherine gave helped more than she will ever know."
“Catherine provided amazing advice with the respiratory problem we were facing with Jude too. Having the support from Catherine genuinely made me feel that no question was silly and that I was not alone for feeling terrified every time his breathing would flare.
The way that Catherine explains things are so clear and broken down to make sure you really understand how respiratory issues occur and what must happen in order to help your child as much as possible, by not using technical jargon but using language and providing empathy all the way through we could really understand what we need to do going forward should Jude have a flare up.”
