Compassionate, nurse-led allergy and asthma support for your family

Founded by Catherine Neale, a Registered Paediatric Nurse with over 25 years of NHS experience, our CQC-registered advisory service gives you the time, clarity, and evidence-based guidance you need to manage your child’s allergic conditions with absolute confidence.

We know how overwhelming this journey can feel

Watching your child struggle with constant discomfort is exhausting. When waiting lists are long, GP appointments feel rushed and online advice is completely conflicting, it is easy to feel isolated and left to figure things out on your own.

We are here to give you a different experience. We provide a supportive space where you are genuinely listened to, allowing us to review your child's health history thoroughly and map out clear, practical, everyday steps forward.

To support your family safely, our remote nurse-led service is purely advisory and educational, designed to complement your existing NHS care. We work collaboratively alongside your child's GP or health visitor. Please note that we do not provide medical diagnoses, allergy testing, prescriptions or emergency care.

Practical, expert guidance from the comfort of your home

All consultations are delivered remotely across the UK, saving you stressful trips to busy clinics.

Cow's Milk Allergy (CMPA) Support

Clear, jargon-free education on identifying delayed symptom patterns, managing infant feeding worries and navigating safe dietary elimination or reintroduction milk ladders.

Asthma Awareness & Education

Building your practical confidence with symptom tracking, environmental trigger identification and understanding your child's existing medical inhaler plans.

Eczema & Skin Care Support

Helping you understand your child's unique skin triggers, make sense of confusing treatment plans and optimise daily bathing and skincare routines.

Allergic Rhinitis & Hay Fever

Environmental tracking, lifestyle adjustments and practical home support to reduce the impact of seasonal or year-round airway triggers on your child's sleep and routine.

Food Allergy Guidance

Reassurance and practical toolkits for families who are feeling anxious about solid food introduction or managing suspected food-related symptoms safely day to day.

Feeding Concerns

Expert support for parents worried about introducing solid foods safely, exploring historical feeding difficulties and understanding how to spot mild to moderate allergy responses.

Your remote allergy consultations explained

Accessing specialist paediatric nursing advice should not involve long waiting lists or stressful, disruptive trips to busy local clinics. We provide professional, CQC-registered remote allergy consultations UK-wide, delivering unhurried clinical support straight to your home via secure video or telephone appointments.

Step 1: Before your consultation

Once you select a time that fits your family routine through our secure Semble booking system, you will receive a confirmation link alongside our standard patient disclaimer.

We will ask you to share a brief summary of your child's mild to moderate symptoms, current feeding habits or skincare routines so we can prepare thoroughly before we meet.

Step 2: During your online appointment

We will spend our dedicated, unhurried time together exploring your child's complete medical and symptom history.

We will listen closely to your anxieties, decode confusing clinical jargon, and help you identify specific environmental or dietary trigger patterns affecting your child's daily comfort.

Step 3: Your practical path forward

Following our conversation, you will receive clear, evidence-based nursing education and practical home management toolkits tailored to your child.

With your explicit consent, we can also prepare a co-ordinated information summary to share with your GP or health visitor to support onward NHS care pathways smoothly.

Father And Son

"Everything changed the day that we reached out to Catherine."

"We were at breaking point, sleep-deprived and felt like we were completely failing as parents because we couldn't settle our baby boy. Catherine was the first person who genuinely listened to us, made us feel like we weren't going crazy and validated our experience. She took the time to understand his symptoms, explained the next steps beautifully and completely changed our whole lives overnight."
